Second-grade students at Benteen Elementary School enjoyed a special presentation from the City of Atlanta Mayor’s Office of International and Immigrant Affairs in celebration of International Mother Language Day. The engaging experience highlighted the importance of language, culture, and diversity, helping students appreciate the many languages spoken within their community and around the world.

Benteen Elementary School proudly welcomed the parents of its newly elected Student Government Council members to the school’s first investiture ceremony. During this special event, student leaders were officially sworn into their roles, marking the beginning of their service as representatives of their peers.
